Jared graduated from Charleston Southern University with a bachelor’s degree in Biology. He then went on to attend the Medical University of South Carolina, where he earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2014.

Jared specializes in treating all orthopedic and sports related injuries. He has a specialty training in treating neck and back and has earned his Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy certification through the McKenzie Institute of America. Jared is also working toward obtaining his Orthopedic Clinical Specialist certification.

Jared was raised in the greater Charleston area for most of his life. He attended Fort Dorchester High School where he played football and basketball then went on to CSU where he was a member of the Buccaneer basketball team. Being around sports his whole life has given him a passion for helping patient’s return to their highest possible level of performance.

Jared became owner of Grace Physical Therapy in 2015. He enjoys time with his wife Lauren and their two children, Amy and Jason.

Deepa Patel PT, MPT

Deepa has lived and practiced physical therapy in Kenya, India, and Australia. Deepa comes form Kenya, as part of the Kenyan Indian community that has been there for generations.

In pursuit of her career, she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Manipal University in India. After that, her interest in Orthopedic Physical Therapy, led her to complete a Master’s degree in Musculoskeletal Physical Therapy at Melbourne University, Australia.

Deepa had her own, thriving practice in Nairobi until she and her husband moved to the United States in 2018 to be with family, here in South Carolina. Deepa has been with Grace Physical Therapy since September 2019.

When she is not working, you can find Deepa baking healthy treats, adventuring to new places, and creating memories with family and friends.

Dr. Tiani Bradford PT, DPT

Tiani is a Doctor of Physical Therapy originally from South Jordan, Utah, who received her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Utah Valley University, and her Doctorate from the Medical University of South Carolina. Growing up, Tiani excelled in Track and Field, Cross Country, and Swimming and eventually landed a position on the university Ultimate Frisbee team. Due to participating in a wide variety of sports, Tiani is comfortable incorporating weight training, cardiovascular conditioning, and speed and agility into her treatment sessions and can help individuals progress to higher levels of fitness and function in their daily lives. Outside of work, she enjoys training at Burn Boot Camp, lifting weights, running, swimming, cooking, and spending time with her husband and friends.

Jaislie Bernard PTA

Jaislie graduated from Central Penn College in Pennsylvania with her associates degree in 2023. Jaislie is originally from Myerstown Pennsylvania. Jaislie had an internship at both a pediatric clinic and veterans hospital. Jaislie loves working with everyone and enjoys teaching patients new ways to strengthen their body so they can enjoy all of their hobbies.

Jaislie enjoys spending time with her family, lifting at the gym, and baking. Jaislie loves going to the beach and exploring outside

Alicia Duncan – Business Manager

Alicia Duncan was raised in Seneca, South Carolina. She then relocated to Rock Hill, where she received a bachelor’s degree in Family and Consumer Science from Winthrop University. Alicia later moved to Charleston to be closer to her now husband, David. She has two handsome identical twin boys who mean the world to her.

Alicia has been working on and off in the medical field since 2004. She has been with Grace since 2014 and enjoys working for Grace Physical Therapy. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
